Farmtech Farming was founded with the intention of providing locally produced, sustainable animal feed with the use of hydroponics technology in Farming.
Hydroponic fodder farming is a highly efficient and productive technique to create animal feed by utilizing a fraction of the water and space in comparison to what traditional farming requires.
Farmtech Farming has efficiently established a 1000 Kg/day fresh fodder indoor farm at Dubai Investments Park, UAE, from which it provides freshly produced feed for horses, cattle, and camels 365 days a year.
Our Vision
Our vision is to contribute to the UAE’s national food security and self-sufficiency in food production by organically growing food for both animals and humans utilizing hydroponics technology.
Our Mission
Our current mission is to minimize the country’s reliance on importing dry fodder for animal feed while also improving the general health and well-being of the animals by growing and feeding them natural fodder all year.
Our Road Map
Our road map is to expand natural food production for human consumption. We will expand hydroponic technology to grow vegetables, leafy greens and herbs.
What Do We Produce
We presently generate 1000 kilos of fresh fodder each day from barley seeds and intend to supply it to horses. At the present, our target consumers are horse stables, polo clubs, equestrian clubs, and stud farms. We will begin further production facilities for cattle and camels in the near future.
